All our tour guides are local, from the city of Cusco and its provinces. All of them with the professional title of the official tour guide and speak fluent English learned in the English school in the city of Cusco.
Our Cookers are professional chefs enormously prepared to satisfy your palate with Peruvian cuisine in the high peaks of the Andes. Most of them are from the high Andean communities.
Our Porters are strong, robust, athletic men, full of happiness and smile. Each moment will transmit you their positive energies so that you can complete the hike without any problem. They will be responsible for transporting all camping equipment, food, arming and untying the tents. They are all from the high Andean communities and we offer competitive salaries to meet their needs in exchange for the valuable service they provide.
